Tomorrow Lithuanian pavilion is expecting its 2 millionth visitor
Tomorrow, on 1st of July, Lithuanian pavilion in the world exposition “Expo 2010” will be visited by the anniversary 2 millionth visitor. The honorable guest is expected to arrive around 12pm. The representatives of the Lithuanian pavilion will present remembrance gifts, which are given only to the mostly respectable guests of the pavilion, to the anniversary visitor, who will also enjoy a special excursion around the pavilion arranged by the Lithuanian guides.
The first million people visited Lithuanian pavilion in a bit more than one month from the opening of the world exposition on 8th of June. A millionth visitor was 35 year old Chinese female Che Lili from Zhèjiāng region which is close to Shanghai. Che Lili arrived at the exposition accompanied by her husband and a two year old son. She is a craftswoman who together with her husband is producing jewelry and home appliances made from crystal.
Each day around 37 thousand visitors come to Lithuanian pavilion. The biggest number of visitors who visited the pavilion in one day was 55 thousand people. It is predicted that in a half-year 5-6 million people will visit Lithuanian pavilion.
